First Time Home Buyers
- Do I qualify for the first time home buyers exemption for Property Transfer Tax?

Wills and Powers of Attorney

What Identification Is Required?
You will be required to bring at least one picture I.D. being drivers license, British Columbia Identity card or Passport if you are signing documents other than mortgage documents.
For mortgage documents, we require two pieces (2) of government issued identification currently valid with one being pictured identification.
